BP Series Pure Sine Wave Power Inverter
BP series pure sine wave inverters
support 12VDC from 300W-6000W. We all know that if 6000W inverter connected with 12V battery, its current could up to 600Amp. Inverter’s PCB board cannot undertake such high current whatever type PCB board you used. So engineers will add copper wires under PCB board to enhance its current carrying capacity. Usually, we ask our staff to add copper wires by hand after wave soldering. What’s more, to improve its carrying capacity to the largest extent, soldering tin is used so that the inverter can work normally even with a full load.
But while soldering tin or overhauling semi-finished pure sine wave inverters, some tin particles will be left inside, which is extremely dangerous. However, we may not find this problem in testing and aging process. If there is vibration during shipment or great shocks, these tin particles will drop into PCB boar which can lead to short circuit even further damage the whole pure sine wave inverters. In order to avoid this problem, every inverter of CNBOU gets ultrasonic cleaning. Ensuring every inverter runs steady and at your service sincerely lays emphasis on each details. This is CNBOU, we focus on our customer experience.
Can ultrasonic cleaning damage PCB?
Thorough ultrasonic cleaning of electronics plays a crucial role in assuring reliability of the finished product. An ultrasonic circuit board cleaner helps to improve SIR test results while reducing rework and increasing PCB reliability.
Ultrasonic cleaning electrical assemblies with delicate components is a safe way to remove contaminants from parts easily susceptible to damage. Tiny precision assemblies have inaccessible surfaces that cannot be cleaned by other methods.
